Due to the Veneta Blinds factory direct service you’ll receive lightning fast delivery of your custom made blinds within 14 days via FedEx or StarTrack. These guys do such a great job you can expect that your blinds may turn up even earlier!

Receiving your Order
Our blinds are packaged in heavy duty cardboard packaging to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However it’s very important to check all box’s when they are delivered to ensure there is no damage during transportation. If you find a problem with the integrity of any of the boxes, you must inform the delivery driver immediately and prior to him leaving.
If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact our Customer Service team on 1300 VENETA (1300 836 382). When placing your order please include a telephone number you can be reached on during business hours to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Delivery without signature
If you would like your delivery dropped off without the need for you to be home to sign for it, you can fill out the form below and email to FedEx at AUCSR@FedEx.com or place it on your front door around the due delivery date.
