With Veneta’s Measure Insurance, if a measurement mistake has been made, we will replace that blind or curtain at no cost to you!
Before you get started on measuring, watch our simple instruction video on how to measure your windows, to ensure you get perfect fitting blinds and curtains, every time. Trust us, it's a piece of cake, remember, as the tradies say... measure twice, order once!
Original blind to be donated to the closest Salvation Army store in your area
Exchange only valid for the same product type and colour. Exchanges are restricted to size only
Veneta Blinds must be notified within 14 days of you receiving the product(s)
Commercial orders do not qualify
Floor plan/drawing measurements do not qualify (must measure yourself)
Must measure by Veneta’s measure guide provided here
Blinds within tolerance of the size ordered do not qualify, for more information see the Specifications Tab for each blind
Shutters & FAVO Cordless 5 Day Honeycomb Blinds do not qualify for Measure Insurance
Price may need to be adjusted depending on size of measurement difference
Measure Insurance remains with you for 6 months from date of purchase, so you can fit your whole home!
A Veneta Windows Covering Consultant will contact you to confirm your measurements, colour and type of blind.
Maximum of 1 (one) claim per opening
Rufusal & Limitations:
Without Prejudice, Veneta blinds reserves the right to refuse the issue of Measure Insurance to a Customer which will be presented to the Customer prior to the order being processed. Customers who have had Measure Insurance refused will be presented with a refund to the value of the Measure Insurance. Veneta Blind’s Customer Representatives do not have information detailing reasons for refusal. The decision rests with Veneta Blinds Management.
Claim limitation: For any one order exceeding 2 or more window coverings, claims are limited to no more than 50% of the total order value. Where a claim exceeds 50% of the total order value, the Customer will be offered a cost price replacement option. Those with total orders of 2 or less blinds are excluded from this condition.
