I placed a large and pretty complex order and one of the team called me and we through each blind to make sure I had it all 100% right. The blinds were delivered the exact day stated. Great service from start to finish for our honeycomb blinds. We were contacted to check our measurement on a more complex window/door before the order was accepted and given excellent advice re best way to proceed. Delivery was very fast and though we don't have the blinds actually up as we are waiting for painters to finish I have checked them against the windows and they all look fine.Will certainly be using again and recommending them to others.

We are so happy with the honeycombs blinds they look absolutely amazing and were so easy to install- My wife installed them without any problems. From the ordering of the samples to the delivery of the blinds Veneta were very helpful and rang us with follow up calls to ensure our order was correct and rang again once the blinds were delivered. Ordered and self installed 3 double honeycomb blinds with dimensions 126mm wide, 3100mm high. They look fantastic. Veneta website is so easy to use. I love the fact that you can obtain an immediate quote without having to talk to any sales person. Blinds were safely delivered within 14 days and securely packed. Only small issue I had was clicking the blinds into the brackets. This was mainly due to the 3100mm height and a fixed 300mm fixed pelmet. Was difficult to exert any force balancing on top of the ladder.

We purchased a variety of honeycomb blinds (double & single cell and with and without day-night). They were all very easy to order and simple to install. We're really pleased with the look of the blinds and the ease of operation. I had my doubts about the block-out portion of the blind dropping to the bottom of the sill during the day but they are very compact and this allows us to partially drop them to let in early morning light while keeping privacy.

The honeycomb blinds are the best quality solution we have found in building our third house. Beautiful to look at & the bottom up/top down scenario is brilliant- ensuring privacy for a beachfront home. I discovered top down bottom up honeycomb blinds in the USA a few years back, but only recently located them here in AUS at Veneta Blinds. The whole process from getting sample colours/styles to ordering with Veneta was a breeze. The service was great all the way and I love my new blind. The TDBU style is the perfect solution for a double hung window, allowing privacy while allowing airflow through the open section at the top, and especially great if architraves are narrow like mine. Would recommend Veneta 100%.

I purchased 2 honeycomb blinds for the "sunny side" of my house. The blinds are excellent quality and definitely help with keeping the heat out in the summer. I really like the innovative design and configuration options to optimise the light. The blinds are easy to purchase and install, following the measurement instructions. They're also very light and easy to adjust. I'd recommend ordering samples up-front; this helped us decide on the colour and type. I would definitely recommend Veneta. They were great to deal with - plenty of communication during purchase process and on the web site (I used online chat to ask questions). They followed up with a phone call to confirm receipt and satisfaction. Very impressed, well done.

I recently ordered a 1.6 metre honeycomb blind (blockout) for a hot west facing sliding door. I had a lot of questions mainly due to trying to decide to hang it inside or outside of the window frame. My questions were answered promptly and in detail, the installation was a breeze and I am delighted with the result ! Delivery was very quick also. I plan to order some more next year.

From start to finish, we cannot say enough how impressed we are with our experience of shopping with Veneta, it has been superb. The exceptionally high standard of customer service that Veneta provides is sadly quite rare these days! These are all the good things: ease of navigating website; ease of ordering samples; prompt arrival of samples; quick and easy to order exactly what you want; fast production turnaround time; fast delivery; received exactly what we ordered; very clear installation instructions; top quality product; exceptional value for money, blinds look fabulous, and excellent communication throughout the whole process. These are the bad things: none! We ordered two blockout 38mm double cell honeycomb blinds in Whisper White. One was for the narrow and tall side light by our front door, which instantly solved the glare issue we’d had for years. The other was a large 2.4m wide x 1.8m high blind for our bedroom. We have seen a noticeable thermal improvement in blocking out heat (great for air conditioning running costs too), and some muting of street sounds is an added bonus. We will not hesitate to order from Veneta again and recommend them highly.

I searched on Google for online blind suppliers and several came up. After researching several suppliers we settled on Veneta. The site was easy to use from deciding on the colour, and inputting the measurements, we then ordered the blinds. I made one phone call to clarify a small query I had and that was resolved. As we were away at the time the blinds were supposed to delivered we requested a delay in the delivery time. The blinds arrived as requested, were installed following the instructionsand the look great.We will be ordering more as the process was so easy, when I spoke to staff the were so helpful. I would definitely recommend dealing with Veneta they are worth the 5 stars.

Phenomenal service, attention to detail, quality of product, and value for money. I honestly wouldn't consider any other blind company. Their staff followed up on the measurements, sent samples, enquired about the look and feel we were after, and followed up on the quality of the delivery, asked how the installation went, and then sent through the warranty. We fitted our entire (renovated) house with honeycomb blinds for the insulation properties, the fact that they 'disappear' into our timber window features, and their style and quality. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had read about 'honeycomb blinds' and thought I would ask Veneta to make one for a bedroom window. It was made within a week and delivered to Tassie within another. Took me twenty minutes to instal and the bedroom is now noticeably warmer and quieter. I'll be ordering more!

We have just installed 9 Veneta Honeycomb Blinds and have nothing but praise regarding the price, product and service. Veneta sent free samples out and we were impressed with the quality. After we ordered they kept us informed of the progress and delivered within the specified timeframe. (about 12 days) The instructions were clear and everything was well packaged to ensure there was no damage on delivery.

I'm a new home owner so, measuring and ordering new blinds for my new apartment was a little nerve wracking. Veneta Blinds were helpful from the word go. Of all the online stores I looked at, they had the best range of cellular blinds; single cell Vs double cell, different sized cells, cordless Vs corded and a good range of colours. I ordered some samples and they arrived quickly and Veneta Blinds called a few days later to check how I was going. They also provided a range of sample blinds so I could see the difference between single and double celled. I followed their instructions on measuring the window and my blinds fit perfectly (seriously, perfectly!). once I ordered the blinds they arrived within 3 weeks. To top it all off, they were very very easy to install - I actually did it on my own! Veneta then also followed up with me following delivery to check I was happy. All in all, fantastic service!.

Quality Blinds and Excellent Service! We are very happy with the Honeycomb Blinds which we purchased through Veneta Blinds. They look great and fit snuggly in to the window frames. I found that the price of the blinds was very reasonable in comparison to other blind and curtain companies and are of the same quality of the more expensive blinds. The installation video and instruction leaflet provided by Veneta Blinds are very helpful, though in my case, I did find it more beneficial to use a slightly larger bit piece than what is suggested in the leaflet when drilling the guide holes into the wooden window frame. We will definitely purchase more blinds through Veneta Blinds again.

We have been renovating our home which has not been insulated. There are quite a few windows which we could not replace, so decided to try the insulating blinds. Although the walls have not been insulated yet, we can already feel the difference in the warmth of the house. In the past, in cold weather, the inside of the house has always been colder than the outside. Now we have the light and warmth. The customer service has been great. It is so refreshing to deal with people and have the personal contact.

Buying blinds online could have been a really good or a terrible experience.. Luckily, my experience with Veneta Blinds has been awesome! I ordered a bunch of samples which came within days and once I selected my fabric I followed the measurement instructions to measure up three windows for block out honeycomb blinds. Veneta called me to double check all the details and my blinds then came a day or so earlier than expected. They fit perfectly and installation was so easy that I can’t believe the mark up some companies charge to measure and fit! The quality of the blinds is outstanding for the price and they are easy to operate. The end product and whole experience definitely exceeded my expectations and I will be ordering from Veneta again!

The customer service staff service were very patient and helpful, the blinds arrived quickly and were relatively easy to install with the help of the instructions and video. I originally purchased 2 large honeycomb blinds for 2 large two panel doors as a test of quality of the product. These turned out to be excellent and we have now ordered 11 for all the windows upstairs (all double honeycomb) and a combination of top-down/bottom-up as well as day/night. 3 bathroom blinds were Smart-fit. I am so happy with the quality of the blinds that I have now ordered 13 more to replace ageing shutter blinds for all the windows downstairs.

A couple of observations for the blinds I have installed so far.

1) If you install inside a wood frame (as all mine were) you will need to use a drill 3.0mm or larger. The recommendation is for a 2.0mm drill but in hard wood it is very hard work getting the screws in. I would recommend drilling with a 2.5mm drill first and then enlarge with a 3.0 if the wood is hard.

2) The day/night blinds are actually great. I optioned ours (in all the bedrooms) with the day panel bellow the dark night panel. That seems to be the better way however, doing it the other way round will allow you to have the day panel drawn down half way for reasonable light but also maintains some privacy as the day panel is more see-through than the light filter material.

3) For the top-down/bottom-up (and bottom-up only) blinds it would be nice to have the option of some magnets that you can screw on the lower frame so the blind doesn't move with any breeze outside or even movement in the room.

4) The Smart-fit is a great idea (and solves the issue with point 3 as it has built in magnets) but the mechanism of the blind is somewhat more stiff than the blinds not fixed at the bottom and for more elderly customers it might be hard to raise or lower the blind. I worry the plastic clip used to raise the blind might snap off - which of course it won't). This type of blind would be ideal for bathrooms where you want light but are not likely to raise/lower the blinds often.

5) The light filter blind allows a lot of light in but you cannot see though it so privacy is well protected. It saves having to raise the blind in the morning.

6) Quality seems to be excellent and robust but I have only had them for a few weeks so it will be interesting to see what they are like in a few years.

Thats about it. Great blinds and I can't wait for the new order of 13 to arrive.

We have had our new blinds for a few weeks now - and we love them. We purchased Cordless Honeycomb Top Down Bottom Up blinds for our bedroom and they look amazing. Everyone who sees them comments on how great they look. The ordering process was very easy, the blinds were delivered even earlier than we expected and they were very easy to install. The staff at Veneta kept us informed - even calling when we had a query around colours and to follow up after delivery. Before ordering, we received quotes from other suppliers - and we found that Veneta was by far the best value, sometimes less than half what others quoted, but still top quality. We certainly recommend Veneta Blinds.

Installation was a breeze and they work perfectly. If unsure of what you want, call them and they will guide you through the process. If only they made blinds to 3000 drop, I would have ordered more. Recently purchased 3 honeycomb top down/bottom up blinds in blackout fabric for our bedrooms. The quality is good. Perfect fit, easy to install and the double cell honeycombs look great and are effective insulation against the cold. My first order was for blinds for a corner window. I was so pleased I ordered more for the rest of the house. I have a mix of corded and cordless, internal and external mounts and all work perfectly. I'm particularly impressed with the top down blinds, and they were the easiest to fit. The value is excellent, and the delivery and service was outstanding. A system glitch meant two blinds of the wrong colour were delivered, but they responded promptly, acknowledged the problem, and within two weeks of notifying them I had the replacements, with no fuss or cost to me. I'd happily recommend them.

Points to note:

• Blockout fabric has a room darkening effect which varies with certain conditions including fabric type, mounting method and does not make the room pitch black.
• The reverse side (window side) of the fabric is 'Snow White' for Blockout fabrics and 'Snow Drift' for Light Filter fabrics.
• Slight colour variations will occur between different monitors and screens and even printed brochures compared to the actual colour of the blind. If the accuracy of the colour is important to you, we recommend ordering a free colour sample to ensure you will be satisfied with your selection.
• To order a free colour sample simply move your mouse over the colour you like and click 'Order Free Sample'. Then 'Checkout' by clicking 'Cart' located at the top right of every page and your samples will be posted out the same day or next business day.

Points to note:

• All required hardware is included.
• 'Depth Required' is the clearance required from the front to the back of your window frame for uninterupted operation of the blind. Please also take into account any window handles or other obstructions that may interfere with the blind.
• For blinds installed on the inside of the window frame, please provide the inside window frame size. The factory will take the relevant deductions to ensure the blind fits nicely into your window frame.
• For blinds installed on the outside of the window frame, please provide the exact measurements you would like the blind to be manufactured to.
